He holds a Master of Architecture degree from Columbia University's Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation (GSAPP) and a Bachelor of Science degree from Politecnico di Milano in Italy.
He is currently a selected mentor in Columbia University’s Mentorship Project, dedicated to nurturing recent graduates in their professional journeys. He has previously held positions as a Teaching Assistant at GSAPP and Barnard College in New York.
Cris worked as an Architect at OMA Rotterdam under Pritzker Prize Laureate Rem Koolhaas, where he contributed to the British Museum West Range competition. Prior to his time at OMA, he was a Design Architect at BIG Copenhagen, where he led significant design efforts for several key projects in China, including the Suzhou Contemporary Art Museum, set to open in 2025, K11 Shanghai Gallery, and the Capella-Patina Sanya Resort, scheduled for 2027.
He has also honed his skills at KPF in New York and Fernando Menis Arquitectos in Tenerife, Spain, in addition to several years of local experience in Beijing and Shanghai.
Cris is currently working and living in Copenhagen, Denmark.
